Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team Partime, in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a keen ability to upsell menu items.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure all food handling and safety standards are met, including proper sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.




- Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during open hours.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to create a positive dining atmosphere for guests.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
