Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The Project Coordinator will support project managers and site teams with administrative and technical tasks to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

· Prepare, review, and distribute project correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

· Order materials

· Maintain accurate project records, drawings, and specifications.

· Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors to track project progress.

· Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and permits as required.

· Support health and safety documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

· Assist in preparing project close-out documents and reports.





Qualifications:

· Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry.

· Strong understanding of construction documentation, scheduling, and budgeting.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) is an asset.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
