We are seeking a talented and personable Esthetician to join our skincare and beauty team. Responsibilities

- Perform qualified skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and other esthetic services
- Provide eyelash extension applications with precision and care
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products
- Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries
- Upsell retail products to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment areas and equipment




- Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and usage
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service

Requirements

- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills to engage clients and team members
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
