What You'll Do

As a Personal Support Manager, you'll provide leadership to a team of Personal Support Workers while ensuring exceptional, client-centered care is delivered every day.

You'll:

- Lead, coach, and support a team of Personal Support Workers
- Ensure high-quality, client-centered care is delivered consistently
- Monitor team performance and operational goals
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members
- Foster employee engagement and professional growth




- Respond to client concerns and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners
- Support quality improvement initiatives and new programs
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

- Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Diploma or bachelor's degree
- Leadership or management experience is preferred
- Community nursing experience is an asset
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience coaching and developing employees
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current CPR certification

Pay: $50,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
