Position Description

Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Description:

The Customer Relations Administrator will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Club office.

Reporting:

The Customer Relations Administrator (CRA) is hired by and reports to the Administrative Coordinator (OC), however, this position provides support to the Recreation Manager (RM), Facility Manager (FM), Customer Service Associates (CSA) and the General Manager.

Duties:

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the CRA will be responsible for administrative functions including:

Administrative Duties include:

· Office Receptionist: handles all “in person” inquiries, provides reception support for the CSR’s, handles all phone inquires, etc.

· Preparation of correspondence for the GM, OC, RM & FM when necessary using Outlook or a similar program.

· Orders office supplies.

· Answers telephone and provides support to the PC with website updates for Connect site.

· Sundry duties include filing, timely mail processing, general office and desk/work station organization, time management, cheque requisitions, etc.

Membership Duties include:

· The validation and issuing of membership cards, update membership information and files accordingly.

· Accounts Receivable – accept payments for memberships, programs and rentals.

· Provides website access codes and also performs user name retrievals.

Rental Duties include:





· Provides members with information and procedures for renting the Club.

· Complete the required forms in regards to facility and grounds usage, equipment rentals, guest sign-in, etc. and rental date including the coordination of setting up of events.

· Must ensure that rental bookings do not interfere with programming, ie. Attention to scheduling is important.

Qualifications

· Experience in an administrative assistant capacity.

· Excellent computers skills paired with a working knowledge of Clerical and Administration programs.

· Problem solving, organization, time management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills are required with interpersonal, public relations, presentation verbal and written communication skills.

· Team oriented attitude.

· Familiar with Privacy Act. Bondable. CPR and First Aid Training. Valid Alberta driver’s License.

Must have at least 1 year of Microsoft office admin and computer experience

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
