The Rhythm of the Role:

This is a part-time position designed for someone who thrives in a serene yet energetic environment.

- Thursdays & Fridays: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (every second Saturday)
- Summer Bliss: Flexibility to pick up extra hours during the busy summer holiday season is a must!

What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is a beautiful blend of Concierge Grace and Reception Excellence. You will:

- Host with Heart: Be the first smile our guests see, managing check-ins with warmth and genuine care.
- The Master of Flow: Expertly handle scheduling, phone inquiries, and spa software with sharp attention to detail.
- The Art of the Spa: As a true concierge, you’ll attend to guest needs, ensuring they have everything required for a perfect visit.
- Nurturing the Space:



Help us maintain our "clean-soul" environment by assisting with cleaning and keeping our laundry fresh and ready.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in reception. You know the ropes and can stay calm when the spa gets busy.
- The Vibe: A friendly, approachable, and soulful demeanor.
- The Skills: Strong organization skills, great communication, and a "Pro Serve" certification (to serve our guests their favorite refreshments responsibly).
- The Mindset: You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves whether it’s solving a scheduling puzzle or folding a mountain of laundry, you do it with a smile.
