Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves a combination of skincare treatments, retail sales, and guest services, contributing to the overall ambiance and reputation of our establishment. The Aesthetician will also engage in product demonstrations and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
- Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures.
- Deliver skilled hair styling services when required.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
- Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs.
- Engage with guests through excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist at the front desk with guest check-ins, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries.




- Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare lines and beauty products.
- Upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Support the team in creating a relaxing atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar skincare/beauty role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in skincare treatments.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling, and product demos is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, guest services, and hospitality protocols is a plus.
- Skills in body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling are advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
