Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to create an inviting atmosphere
- Support daily store operations by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Process transactions accurately at the checkout counter while providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth flow of activities and meet daily goals
- Help manage inventory levels by receiving shipments and updating stock records




- Uphold safety standards by following health and safety protocols at all times
- Contribute ideas for improving customer experience and store efficiency

Experience

- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work diverse shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
