Let's Ko Restaurant Inc is a small business in Bedford, NS B4A 0C1. We are professional, social, and engaging.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service

- Be able to use To-Go applications and put To-Go orders properly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bathroom area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with food preparation as needed

- Self management during high stress situations.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures is a plus




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

- Basic knowledge in Korean and Japanese cuisine
