Softscape Installation Lead

Love building beautiful landscapes and leading by example? Three Seasons Landscaping is looking for an experienced Softscape Installation Lead to join our team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working outdoors, and have leadership experience, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

- Lead a crew installing trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and garden beds
- Read landscape plans and ensure jobs are completed to a high standard
- Train and support crew members while maintaining a safe, productive worksite
- Operate landscaping equipment and tow trailers when required

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of landscape installation experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Minimum 3 years of continuous insurance history
- Standard First Aid (or willing to obtain immediately upon hire)




- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable transportation (shop located north of Ardrossan; no public transit)
