What You'll Do

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness while providing an exceptional client experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Clean residential homes and commercial spaces according to company standards
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
- Make beds, tidy and organize spaces, and complete light home organization tasks
- Complete laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and putting clothing away when required
- Follow daily schedules and complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality
- Travel between client locations throughout the day
- Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Represent Brooms & Bubbles with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude

What We're Looking For

- Reliable transportation is required for travel between job sites
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work




- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English (French is considered an asset)
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive movement throughout the day

Availability Requirements

- Must be available to work weekends as needed.
- Must have flexibility to work between Monday and Sunday based on client schedules.
- Typical shifts are during daytime hours, with occasional weekend assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Experience in hospitality or house management is considered an asset
- Familiarity with cleaning products is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
