Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server/Busser to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the food industry and hospitality to contribute to a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen attention to cleanliness, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to guests. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position is integral to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Clear tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and delivering condiments or utensils as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle food safely in accordance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures




- Support kitchen staff by ensuring timely delivery of orders and assisting with basic food prep or setup when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing attentive and courteous service to all guests

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industries is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
