Cleaning of parts manually or machine-assisted throughout the repair and overhaul cycle of Aircraft engine and related accessories. The role is internally defined as Process Cleaner in the organization.

Tasks

- Performs manual or machine-assisted cleaning of parts throughout the repair and overhaul cycle.

- Typical tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Engine Cleaning
- Parts Washing
- Plastic beading
- Flushing
- Vibratory cleaning
- Chemical stripping
- Dry/wet abrasive grit blasting

- Performs concentration checks on tank solutions

- Performs shop practice audits to ensure cleaning line is audit compliant, clean and organized.

- Replenishment of Consumables & Chemicals

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements





- Candidate must possess a Grade 12 education with Chemistry as one of the subject

- Experience of working with chemicals and exposure to personal protective equipment at work will be asset

- Demonstrated manual dexterity and able to interpret technical instructions

- Able to perform work on computer systems

- Able to liaise with other Company personnel in a positive manner and work effectively in a team workplace as well as independently

- Must be able to do shift work (6AM - 2PM & 2 PM - 10 PM).

- Must be able to work overtime as required
