Salary:
$52.00

Responsibilities include:

- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor, assess, address, document, and report symptoms and changes in patient's conditions.
- Provide nursing care.

Requirements include:

- Geriatrics and Palliative care.
- Completion of University.
- Registration in good standing with the CNO.
- Registered Staff must have 1-year of paid (RN) LTC experience in Canada.

- N95 Mask Fit
- TB 2 Step
- Flu Shot
- WHMIS
- 4 Step Health and Safety
- 5 Step Health and Safety
- AODA
- CPIC
- Covid Vaccine Required
