Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their eye care needs through engaging conversations
- Educate clients on optical products, lens options, and eye health best practices using clear, detailed explanations
- Assist with frame selection by understanding individual style preferences and face shapes
- Conduct basic vision assessments and help fit glasses for comfort and optimal vision correction
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately while promoting additional products or services




- Maintain knowledge of current optical trends, technological advancements, and product features such as Epic (electronic health record system) integration
- Support inventory management by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and tracking product availability

Requirements

- Prior retail sales or sales experience demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally to diverse customers
