Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise construction teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations. Your leadership will drive project success and foster a collaborative, efficient work environment.

Duties

- Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Monitor progress against project timelines using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Oversee site safety protocols, enforce OSHA regulations, and conduct regular safety meetings to minimize risks
- Manage on-site resources including materials, equipment, and labor to optimize productivity and reduce waste
- Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy; interpret blueprints for team guidance
- Prepare and update project documentation including daily reports,



incident logs, and progress reports
- Assist in budgeting efforts by tracking costs and managing change orders effectively
- Utilize construction estimating tools to evaluate project scope changes or additional work requests

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction management software such as BilldrPro, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or equivalent platforms
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Expertise in quality control procedures and safety standards compliance
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with budgeting processes related to construction projects
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients or stakeholders
