Concrete Cutting Operator duties will include but not limited to operating and maintaining wall saw, slab saw, wire saw, ring saw, chainsaw, and core drill in a safe and efficient manner.

· The operator is responsible to plan for specific jobs, ensure he has required equipment and lead the labourers

· The operator maintains the equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure it is ready to be used for intended purpose and safely.

· Will be a mentor to recent employees

· Hours are based on a 10-hour day

Crack Sealing Operator - experience in concrete crack sealing an asset

Labourer duties will include but not limited to helping and support the cutting and coring operator in a safe and efficient manner.

· Must have valid drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle.

· Loading and unloading of equipment

· Safety watch

· Demolition – removing of rubble and debris on construction site

· Cleaning of equipment and sites





· Must be physically fit and able to lift to 50 lbs

· Hours are based on a 10-hour day

· Labourers will gain knowledge through our mentoring program with the operators, which will allow them to become operators themselves.

. Requirements

· Valid drivers license with transportation as there is no bus service

· Must pass pre-employment and on-going drug and alcohol testing

· Walser has a zero tolerance to drugs and alcohol

· CSTS2020

· 2 + years experience in construction

· Standard First Aid, Fall Protection and Elevated Work Platform, H2S alive and Confined Space tickets an asset.

· Must be reliable, excellent work ethic and be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200.00-$350.00 per day
