Minimum of 7-10 years B2B sales experience

Outsourcing or professional services or B2B IT would be ideal.

Experience in the BPO or KPO or remote staffing industry is an asset

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Deep understanding of the outsourcing industry and trends

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies

Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM systems

Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify outbound sales opportunities
