Overview

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Tearista/All Rounder to join our team. This versatile role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various food service tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, strong time management skills, and experience in food handling and customer interaction. Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and other foods according to company standards
- Operate POS systems and delivery apps, for order processing and cash handling
- Assist with food preparation and food safety procedures to ensure quality and hygiene standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management




- Support team members in serving customers efficiently during busy periods
- Preparation and cooking and brewing

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and proper hygiene procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

- Barista / Tearista : 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
