We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a busy kitchen, take pride in preparing quality food, and work well with others, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service.
- Set up and stock workstations before each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion sizes.
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout service.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide timely service during busy periods.
- Help with inventory and notify management of low-stock items.

Qualifications





- Strong understanding of food safety and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude with robust teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
