We're a 2,000-acre regenerative farm, forestry operation and tourism destination where no two days are the same. One day you're repairing heavy equipment, the next you're helping build a current trail, maintaining forestry machinery or preparing equipment for our next big project.

What you'll be doing

- Diagnose, repair and maintain our fleet of heavy equipment, forestry machinery and farm equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Operate equipment including tractors, excavators, forestry mulchers, skid steers and other machinery.
- Assist with road building, trail development and land improvement projects.
- Welding and light fabrication.
- Work alongside a small, hands-on team where everyone helps each other.





We're looking for someone who

- Has experience repairing diesel engines, hydraulics and heavy equipment.
- Can troubleshoot mechanical problems independently.
- Is comfortable operating heavy equipment.
- Takes initiative and enjoys finding solutions.
- Likes working outdoors in all seasons.
- Takes pride in doing quality work.

Bonus skills

- Forestry experience
- Welding
- Commercial Driver's License
- Heavy Equipment Technician certification (an asset, but experience matters just as much)
