The Production Operator is an essential contributor to production operations. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the operator works closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning of production lines, compliance with quality standards, and achievement of performance objectives. The operator serves as the point of reference at their workstation and ensures the efficiency and reliability of the equipment under their responsibility.

Responsibilities:

- Operate the machinery and equipment attached to his workstation (Wrapper, slicer, metal detector, printer, cooling tower, labeling machine);
- Identify and resolve workstation operating problems;
- Make the necessary adjustments according to the type of bread produced;
- Complete various reports;
- Respect good manufacturing practices;
- Respect occupational health and safety rules.





Skills and qualifications required:

- Completed DES or equivalent training.
- Experience in an industrial workplace (an asset).
- Detail-oriented, self-reliant and a team player.
- Having successfully passed the pre-employment assessment in mathematics and logic.

Advantages:

- Hourly rate: $23.53/hr.
- Night premium: $1.25/hr. (24:00 and 6:00)
- Evening premium: $0.75/hr. (18:00 to 24:00)
- Attendance bonus: $0.75/hr. (certain restrictions apply)
