Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance & Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships while supporting maintenance operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring our plant and fleet have the parts, materials, and services needed to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, purchase, and track parts, materials, and supplies for plant operations and fleet maintenance
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure critical parts and consumables are stocked




- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to anticipate needs and reduce downtime
- Track and control costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency
- Assist with scheduling external service providers and contractors as needed
- Support basic maintenance coordination and reporting

Qualifications

- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management (industrial or construction environment preferred)
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with heavy equipment/plant operations is an asset
- Proficient with computers, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
