Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our supply chain and warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and supporting process improvements across our distribution network. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in warehouse management systems, procurement, and logistics operations within a dynamic environment.

Duties

- Receive, count, and check incoming inventory.
- Verify product quantities, labels, SKUs, and item conditions.
- Update and maintain inventory records in the system.
- Assist with stock transfers between warehouse and store locations.
- Organize products in assigned warehouse or store areas.
- Help locate inventory for sales, customer pickups, presold orders, and restock requests.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, missing parts, or incorrect labels.
- Assist with product photo checks, basic measurements, and product information confirmation when needed.




- Support warehouse and store teams with daily operational tasks.
- Follow company inventory procedures and safety requirements.

Experience

- Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or materials management is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to lift and move products when required.
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is preferred but not required.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret inventory metrics and support decision-making processes are beneficial.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
