About the role

We're hiring a hands-on Accountant to keep our day-to-day finances running smoothly. You'll own our daily bookkeeping and manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles. If you're accurate, organized, and like seeing the numbers reconcile to the penny, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

- Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, apply payments, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Manage accounts payable: process vendor bills, schedule payments, and reconcile statements
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations




- Support month-end close and prepare basic financial reports
- Keep financial records organized, accurate, and audit-ready

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Solid grasp of AP/AR processes and general accounting principles
- Solid Excel skills and comfort reconciling data across systems (e.g., QuickBooks and D365)
- Sharp attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
