About the Role

This is a yard-focused position that plays a key role in keeping our equipment, property, and maintenance operations running efficiently. You'll spend much of your time outdoors helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized yard while supporting the shop team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily yard inspections to identify equipment issues, spills, or leaks
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized yard environment
- Support seasonal property maintenance, including:
- Snow removal
- Grass cutting
- General groundskeeping
- Litter and debris removal
- Clean tar and asphalt from the exterior of hot products trailers
- Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and materials




- Assist technicians with maintenance and repair activities when required
- Rebuild trailer discharge valves and perform minor equipment repairs
- Replace hatch cover gaskets and repair hatch clamps, dust caps, and related components
- Perform general yard support and light facility maintenance tasks
- Contribute to a strong safety culture by promoting secure work practices at all times

Responsibilities may be adjusted to meet operational requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Valid Class G Driver's License
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Clean driver's abstract
- Highschool Diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to safely lift and move truck parts, equipment, and materials
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
