Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. The Server will play a key role in providing an outstanding dining experience that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Duties

- Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management and organization skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and responding promptly to requests




- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
- Follow all health regulations related to food industry standards and guest services

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
- Experience with food industry standards, serving, upselling, and guest services preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
