Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook authentic Greek dishes, ensuring adherence to traditional recipes and presentation standards
- Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously, providing excellent customer service
- Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support meal preparation activities during busy service hours, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients,



and cooking techniques specific to Greek cuisine
- Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout all food preparation processes

Requirements

- Proven experience in Greek cuisine, with a strong understanding of traditional ingredients and cooking methods
- Prior experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen roles within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work during restaurant hours, including weekends or evenings if required
- A passion for Greek culture and cuisine, with a commitment to delivering authentic culinary experiences
