Hana Dental Group is seeking an experienced and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.

We are a busy Korean-speaking dental clinic committed to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, professional environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.

Position

- Full-time Dental Receptionist

Requirements

- Previous dental receptionist experience is REQUIRED.
- Fluent in both Korean and English is REQUIRED.
- Experience with ClearDent dental software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and check in patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule.




- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Process insurance claims, treatment estimates, and patient payments.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation

Hourly wage is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
