Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent who is also available to work Relief Night Audit shifts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently.

You will provide excellent guest service, assist with front desk operations, and perform Night Audit duties when scheduled. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts is required.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, skilled customer service.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and make reservations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Perform Night Audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports.
- Ensure the security of the hotel during overnight shifts by following established procedures.




- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
- Follow brand standards and hotel policies.

Qualifications

- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred.
- Night Audit experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn hotel property management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
