Retail sales clerk position at Bay Vape in Scarborough.

Bay Vape is seeking to fill a part-time sales clerk position.

This job requires a lot of product knowledge so applicants should be willing to learn. We have a rapid paced work environment with many customers daily. Having knowledge of vaping and vape devices is preferred but we are always willing to train.

Applicants will be required to serve customers in-store and prepare and fulfill online orders.

Responsibilities:

- Serve customers in-store
- Provide excellent customer service
- Check Customers' ID and ensure that all regulations are followed
- Receive deliveries and re-stock shelves
- Answer phone calls courteously and professionally
- Answer customer questions
- Fulfill online orders
- Must be able to reliably commute to work

Expected Work Experience and Skills:

- One year in a retail setting
- Knowledge of vaping is an asset
- Willing to learn
- Positive Attitude
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Problem Solving

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
