The Roasted Nut is a snacking experience that showcases the art of nut roasting. Offering an assortment of freshly roasted nuts, nut butter spreads, nut milks, vegan baked goods and so much more. The Roasted Nut aims to create a connective culture around healthy, all-day snacking.

This past year has been NUTS and we are looking for enthusiastic individual who can help us execute all of our nut mixes and vegan and non vegan baked goods that we make daily in-house. If you have a passion for healthy snacking, baking and can help us expand on our current offerings, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

- Working with large quantity recipes
- Revamp our Pastry Case
- Making Nut Mixes
- Making Nut Butters
- Contributing with innovative recipe ideas to help expand our current offerings
- Adhering to proper food handling guidelines and safety protocol




- Making various baked foods such as granola, cookies, brownies and other vegan treats
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace (a task shared by everyone on the team) by tidying the kitchen, sorting/washing dishes, organizing stock, sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, cleaning equipment, and any other duty as needed.
- Offering warm and welcoming customer service
- Helping to maintain an inclusive and caring company cultureThere's also an chance to learn all about coffee, and develop barista skills.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
