Position Summary:

We are seeking a caregiver who is trained and authorized to administer medications to clients in accordance with their care plans and established safety guidelines. The ideal candidate is professional, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining strict standards in medication management.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
- Administer medications to clients according to the prescribed schedule
- Follow all medication safety protocols and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate medication records
- Monitor clients for medication side effects or changes in condition
- Communicate promptly with the office regarding any concerns
- Provide compassionate, professional support while respecting client boundaries
- Follow the client care plan at all times

Qualifications:

- Valid medication administration certification (e.g., Medication Assistant, HCA with medication training with Valid Experience)




- CPR/First Aid certification
- Experience providing home care or facility care.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and care plans
- Strong communication and time‑management skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
