As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM),



you’re the driving force behind your restaurant’s success. You’ll lead a dynamic team, create memorable guest experiences, and develop future leaders—all while running a profitable and high-performing business.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead, inspire, and coach a high-energy team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with every meal
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders
- Manage restaurant operations, budgets, and financial plans
- Drive sales growth and operational excellence
- Foster a positive, fun, and inclusive work culture

What You Bring:

- 3+ years of leadership/management experience in restaurants, retail, or hospitality
- Passion for people development and coaching
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to excellence
