We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Clerk to join our team. As a Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our clientele.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about recent items or promotions.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products, technology sales, and services offered in the store.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.




- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales or product demos is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude toward learning new products and services offered by the store.

Pay: $17.85-$17.90 per hour
