Position Overview:

As a Junior Designer & Marketing Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives while honing your design skills. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience, enhance our brand presence, and drive engagement across various channels.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize and design marketing materials, including social media graphics, website content, email templates, product brochures, and manuals.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand assets such as logos, icons, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Contribute fresh ideas and innovative design concepts to elevate our brand identity and messaging.
- Support the development of multimedia content, including video editing and motion graphics, for marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing collateral.
- Ensure that our file database is well maintained; both structured and organized

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.




- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and creativity is required.
- Proficiency with Premiere + After Effects + Video Editing is an asset!
