We are currently seeking a General Maintenance professional to join our team. As a General Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a permanent part-time position. Experience will be an asset. Training will be provided.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing broken equipment, fixtures
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Maintain cleanliness on premises.
-Conducting routine inspections rooms to check for maintenance issues.
-Performing preventative and regular maintenance on premises.
-Making general repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures.
-Completing general repairs and upkeep with the standard of rooms.
