*Job Summary*

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of payments.

*Duties*

- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data

- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits

- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted

- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities

- Communicate with customers via phone, email,



or in person to follow up on outstanding payments

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

*Skills*

- Strong mathematical skills to analyze financial data accurately

- Knowledge of accounts payable processes

- Ability to negotiate payment terms with clients effectively

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data meticulously

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
