- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, utilizing knowledge of dental terminology.
- Maintain patient records accurately in electronic dental systems.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
- Collaborate with dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Fluency in Korean is a plus for effective communication with Korean-speaking patients.
