Job Summary

Camfil is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Order Entry and Sales Suport to provide exceptional support to customers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through order fulfillment. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively with sales, accounting, operations, and customers, and a commitment to continuous improvement through adherence to Lean and ISO practices.

Responsibilities

- Enter customer orders accurately into our CRM system, ensuring all details are complete and correct
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to coordinate order processing and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage customer inquiries related to order status, delivery timelines, and product information through various communication channels
- Support account management by maintaining up-to-date customer records and tracking order histories for future reference




- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on workflow bottlenecks or system enhancements

Qualifications & Experience

- High School or College Diploma, preferably with coursework in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, or account management roles within a sales support environment
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive communication style
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and internal teams
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
