The Web3 Content Creator is responsible for producing short-form video content and supporting visual assets that drive candidate acquisition and brand awareness for our brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and supplementary social channels.
NOT a strategy role.
Production of scripts, messaging angles, and campaign briefs are defined by the Production Manager. The Content Creator brings those briefs to life through on cam performance, editing, and platform-native posts. The standard of output must reflect genuine Web3 fluency and needs to resonate with blockchain native audience
Sharing final video files with the marketing manager on or before publish day for comment engagement preparation
Flagging high-engagement videos within the first hour of publishing for priority response by the Inbound rep
Participating in a weekly 30-minute sync with the Production & marketing teams to review performance, upcoming content, and any directional adjustments
A valuable profile if:
-A portfolio of short-form video content that demonstrates the ability to create engaging content for a tech or Web3 audience
-Full self-sufficient production setup: camera or phone, lighting, and audio capable of producing professional quality output remotely
-Editing software proficiency (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
-Demonstrated understanding of the Web3 sphere/blockchain culture
-Strong spoken English
Even better if:
-An existing TikTok, YT or Instagram following in the Web3, crypto, or tech space. -Micro-influencer profile 5k to 50k is well-suited to this role
-Prior brand content creation experience
-Experience with on-screen motion graphics, text overlays, or animated elements in edited video
