We are currently hiring an experienced Spray Finisher for a manufacturing company in Mississauga. The ideal candidate should have experience with spray painting/finishing on wood, metal, or custom manufactured products and be able to maintain high-quality finishing standards.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for spray finishing (sanding, cleaning, masking, etc.)

- Apply paints, stains, lacquers, and coatings using spray equipment

- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

- Mix paints and coatings as required

- Maintain spray booth and finishing equipment

- Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards

- Work closely with the production team to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Spray Finisher or Industrial Painter

- Knowledge of spray guns, coatings, and finishing techniques

- Solid attention to detail and quality workmanship

- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

- Team player with good communication skills

- Experience in manufacturing or custom fabrication environment is an asset
