Construction Labourer – Bridge Repair & Shotcrete
North Coast, BC (Near Prince Rupert & Port Edward)

We are currently hiring Construction Labourers to join a bridge repair crew working on infrastructure projects along British Columbia's North Coast. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction experience who enjoy hands-on work in a team workplace.

The role includes assisting with bridge repairs, concrete preparation, and shotcrete applications while supporting experienced trades on site.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with bridge repair and rehabilitation projects
- Prepare concrete surfaces for repair and shotcrete application
- Support shotcreting operations under the direction of experienced crew members
- Move materials, tools, and equipment around the job site
- Perform general construction labour duties as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company and site safety procedures

Requirements:

- Previous construction or civil construction experience preferred
- Experience with concrete repair, shotcrete, or bridge work is an asset




- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Comfortable using construction hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a crew
- Steel toe boots and appropriate PPE required
- Reliable transportation to the reporting location (if applicable)

Schedule:

- Full-time hours
- Overtime may be available depending on project requirements
- Project-based work on the North Coast of British Columbia
