We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to support our organization with desktop support, system configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and other IT-related assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to staff and clinicians
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Mac and Windows computers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and printing issues
- Manage user accounts, devices, and access permissions
- Support Google Workspace administration, including Gmail, Drive, Groups, and user management
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
- Maintain endpoint security and system updates
- Support Wi-Fi, networking equipment, and office technology
- Document configurations, procedures, and technical issues
- Work with third-party vendors and service providers when required

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of IT support or systems administration experience
- Strong knowledge of macOS, Microsoft Windows, Google Workspace
- Experience troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and network issues




- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between clinic locations in Ottawa
