Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Keyholder to join our retail team. In this role, you will serve as a vital team member on the sales floor, assisting customers, helping manage daily store operations, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by understanding their needs and offering tailored products
- Assist with merchandising displays to enhance visual appeal and optimize product placement
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized stock levels and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and inviting
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding daily operations and customer




- Manage time efficiently to balance customer service with operational tasks

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service a must
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of POS / computer systems, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Morning and Daytime availability a must as we are not open evenings.
