Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role is vital in providing guests with a welcoming and pristine environment, contributing to their overall satisfaction and experience. Prior hotel, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes
- Adhere to hotel policies and standards for hygiene and guest privacy




- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans when required

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous
- Ability to lift moderate loads and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
