Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman/woman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will manage a team of landscape workers, coordinate daily operations, and ensure the successful completion of various landscaping, gardening, and horticultural tasks. Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape crew members, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, including planting, pruning, irrigation installation, and hardscape construction
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control to maintain pristine outdoor environments
- Manage irrigation systems installation and repairs to ensure optimal water efficiency and plant health
- Provide guidance on gardening practices, horticulture techniques, and plant selection tailored to specific site conditions




- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to project timelines and safety regulations
- Mentor team members by providing training in landscape techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation

Skills

- Proven experience supervising landscaping or construction crews with strong leadership qualities
- Extensive knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices
- Skilled in irrigation system installation, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Familiarity with landscape construction including hardscape features such as patios or retaining walls
- Ability to plan work schedules effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and suppliers
- Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
