Applicant must be:

* College degree or certificate in any administrative, immigration, or relevant field

* Excellent team player Meticulous with an eye for detail and accuracy *Strong written and verbal communication

* Manage time efficiently in order to meet competing deadlines on multiple projects

* Pleasant and skilled in all settings

* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

* Intermediate skills in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Acrobat

* Continuous learning to enhance knowledge and skills

* Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and promptly utilizing the tools and resources available

*Experience working on LMIA, work permit, student permit, PNP, Express Entry, Spousal Sponsorship and all other relevant Immigration applications

· Background in any of the below will be an asset:

· Marketing/sales

· Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed with the CICC





· A student of Immigration Practicing at a recognized educational institution

· A paralegal with proven experience in an Immigration Law office environment
