* Electrician Experience (Asset)

Requirements

* Minimum 1 years of renovation experience preferred

* Knowledge of residential and commercial renovations

* Ability to understand and follow project plans

* Experience using hand and power tools safely

* Reliable transportation is an asset

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude

* Ability to lift 50 lbs (23 kg) and perform physical work

* Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

* Valid driver’s license is an asset

Responsibilities

* Interior and exterior renovations





* Framing and drywall installation

* Painting and finishing

* Flooring and tile installation

* Demolition and site preparation

* Basic carpentry and repairs

* Maintain a clean and safe worksite

* Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship
