Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This position requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Educate children through play-based activities, hands-on experiences, and structured lessons.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a cohesive learning community.
- Maintain organized records of student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with special education staff to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Utilize effective time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks.

Experience

- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.




- Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with computer operation for lesson planning and record keeping.
- Experience in special education is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing classroom dynamics and fostering teamwork among staff.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in early childhood education practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.86-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
